2. Add Products
If your products are new to Abibaa, provide as much information as you can so potential buyers can compare your products with others, and make an informed decision. These will keep refunds to a minimum and raise the chances for repeat customers, good reviews and positive recommendations to friends and family. Adding new products is free. Here are the steps:
Select the category that best suits your product, and that will let you reach your target audience.
Photograph your product from at least four different angles. Whether it is an electronic item or a piece of clothing, customers need to see the size, color, style and other aspects of your product. Your photos must clearly show dimensions. Learn more about getting great photos of your products
Describe your product by creating a clear and accurate title, and using keywords that will ensure your item appears in search results. Choose the best descriptions associated with your product within the 80 character limit. Include brand, manufacturer and sizing details.
Indicate the price of your product but make sure to be competitive. Proper pricing is crucial to growing your profile as a seller in the Abibaa Marketplace.
Upload photos you took of your product.
Review summary of your product and add it.
If your products are being sold by other merchants on Abibaa , you simply have to indicate your number of stocks, the condition of your products (new, used or refurbished), your preferred shipping options, and the prices. Adding products is free.
Upload via CSV or TXT for high-volume merchants
Sellers with large inventories or wholesale offers can upload their feeds into Abiba's system in a few clicks. Go to your merchant dashboard and click on Upload Your Product Listing. This brings you to your Upload Products page where you click on Add Feed. You will be asked to register for a new bulk feed. After selecting your options, click on Create. You will be brought back to your Upload Products page where your newly created feed is listed. Click on View, Manually Upload, and then browse from your computer to select the feed. Uploading listings is free.
An email will be sent to your merchant account informing you if your products or listings were approved. The Abibaa Marketplace Policies explain what items are prohibited in the Abibaa Marketplace.
3. Customer Orders
Search, Browse, Decide
The process of purchasing begins when a customer searches for an item and browses through the products in the search results. He/she compares these products and then makes a decision based on the price, product specifications, descriptions and photos provided by the seller. He puts his chosen item in his/her shopping cart and goes to the checkout to pay.
Checkout, Billing and Payment
At checkout, the customer is asked to review his items, to indicate his shipping address and preferred shipping method, to select his billing address and payment method. He is asked to check all the information he just provided. If everything is in order, he/she clicks confirm.
Abibaa notifies you when the customer has confirmed an order. Once you are notified, you must pack your item, ensuring that it will not be damaged during shipping. If there are separate parts, all parts must be inside the packaging. You then have to print the shopping labels provided to you by Abibaa. These labels can be found in your seller account page. Securely paste the printed-out label on your wrapped item and ship the order to your customer. The order is recorded on your seller account. You and your customer can see the delivery status in the Abibaa Marketplace.
Upon shipping of your item, Abibaa transfers the payment to your bank account. Abibaa's system is safe, secure, and trusted by sellers worldwide.
